TIME OF DELIVERY
1-5 working days for goods shipped in Norway. Please note that during holiday periods it can take up to 10 days for delivery. If you order items that are out of stock, you will be notified by telephone or mail. If the order is urgent, please give us a message and we will try to help you as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING COSTS AND FEES
Always free shipping and no duty for shipping in Norway. Shipments to all other countries will be charged with 50 NOK. Duty-free; Celine Engelstad is a Norwegian company with a stockroom in Oslo. Therefore, you pay no duty. Freight paid – All our goods are shipped freight paid in Norway, except for shipments to Svalbard where a surcharge / handling fee of NOK 195, – from Posten Norge (Norway Post) is applicable + a package postage of NOK 135, -. Items sent to Svalbard are invoiced excluding VAT.
RETURN OF GOODS – POLICY & PROCEDURE
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period on items you purchase in our shop. Cancellation form and proof of purchase must be enclosed with the goods. Cancellation form is available on our website. If you regret your purchase within 14 days, you can send the items back and we will refund you the amount you paid for the goods. Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received. The product should not be used /tested. The buyer must pay for the return postage. If you have received wrong or damaged items, we send you new products free of charge. Please contact us before you ship the item and we will send you a freight document.
